The Team

Frederick Mark Paz, MD

Dr.  Paz is a licensed internist and occupational medical physician. As an  internist, practicing in Colorado and Nebraska since 1992, he has  additional education and training in the areas of injury assessment and  care, as well as expertise with less common injuries.

Dr.  Paz can determine the complexity and condition of injuries and assess  whether hospitalization is needed. He stays current with the latest  treatments and procedures for all workplace injuries. Dr. Paz is a Level  II Accredited Occupational Medicine Physician. He has helped thousands  of workers recover and stay healthy.

Lisa Warren PA-C

Lisa  Warren PA-C spent 20 years in Family Practice before coming to  Occupational Medicine of the Rockies. Lisa’s motivation in practicing  medicine is to make patients feel well-cared for. She loved the  longevity of patient care in family practice and has particularly  enjoyed seeing patients regularly and witnessing their progress towards  healing in occupational medicine.
When she is not caring for patients, Lisa is busy with her family. She  has seven kids ranging from college to preschool age. She volunteers  with Young Life and loves being involved in the community. She enjoys  hiking, biking, reading and house projects.
